IMPORTANT NOTE
- Before canceling KYC authentication, withdraw all assets from your Binance account to another exchange (Withdrawal is not possible after resetting).
- After canceling the KYC verification on your current account, a yellow 'Retry Step' button will appear. Do not press this button under any circumstances. If you press it, you will reactivate the KYC verification on your current account.
- After resetting KYC, register a new email under the ref received from Admin then use the reset Document to KYC again. Please do not re-register your account using an Email/Mobile Number that has reset KYC because you have to wait up to 30 days.

I. APP VERSION
Step 1. Log in to the Binance account where you want to cancel KYC verification, then click on the Support Online icon in the top right corner.
Step 2. Scroll down and click on View all.
Step 3. Click on Reset KYC.
Step 4. Select the KYC reset information:
- Choose the reason for the reset.
- Check the box I understand and agree to the declaration.
Click Confirm Update.
II. WEB VERSION
Step 1. Log in to the Binance account where you want to cancel KYC verification, then click on the Support Online icon in the bottom right corner.
Step 2. Scroll down and click on View all.
Step 3. Click on Reset KYC.
Step 4. Select the KYC reset information:
- Choose the reason for the reset.
- Check the box I understand and agree to the declaration.
Click Confirm Update.
